(28/10/22) Hyatt has expanded its portfolio of hotels in Malaysia with the opening of the Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu, the brand’s first property in Southeast Asia.
The 222-room hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city’s dining and entertainment district, providing a convenient base from which to explore the coastal capital of Malaysia’s Sabah state on the island of Borneo.
The Sabah International Convention Centre is in close proximity, while Kota Kinabalu International Airport (BKI) is just a 15-minute drive from the hotel.
Guests can also take a short 20-minute boat trip from the Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal to surrounding islands to enjoy white sandy beaches and underwater activities.
